Applying for Graduate Visa – Post Study Worker Visa

A Graduate visa gives you permission to stay in the UK after successfully completing a course in the UK. It allows students to stay in the UK for 2 years if you have completed an undergraduate or masters course, or 3 years if you have completed a PhD course. Individuals on a graduate visa are able to work without any restrictions, giving graduates the flexibility to work at any skill level and gain experience.
To qualify, you must be in the UK whilst applying for the visa. You must also be on a current Student visa and need to have successfully completed your current course (i.e. been notified of your official award). Once your university has notified the Home Office that you have successfully completed your course, you are eligible to apply.
