Indefinite Leave to Remain
ILR allows you to work without restriction in the UK. It allows you to exit and re-enter the country multiple times. You may qualify for ILR under any of the following circumstances;
Upon completing 2 years on a spouse visa category (if applied pre 9th July 2012), On completion of 5 year ancestral visa,PBS Tier 1 or Tier 2 work route in the UK for 5 year, 10 years lawful residence in the UK, Continuous 5 years in UK as an investor, Continuous 5 years in UK as a writer, composer, or an artist, Upon completion of 5 years as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa, Completing 5 Years as an EEA national or the Family member of an EEA national, Serving in Armed forces.
